Between February 2016 and April 2018 Started, the project consortium comprised of 8 universities and 2 SMEs from a variety of disciplines analysed what citizens think of Cohesion Policy, in how far they identify with the European Union and what is needed to improve people’s understanding and appreciation of Cohesion Policy.
